Why is it that a babies' cry will make your heart melt and you just swoop in and hug and kiss and snuggle them with all the love in the world, but every once in a while the same cry makes you just want to rip your hair out? Am I the only one who feels this way? Is there a level of tolerance that, once reached, has to somehow be relieved and then you can start all over again? Because believe me, when 2 babies are screeching, I think you get to that exhaustion level so much faster. But some days...I just want to run away!
Matthew is so busy at soccer practice telling everyone what to do that he doesn't even really play. He pretty much just provides a running commentary of what he is supposed to be doing or what real soccer guys do ( apparently gleaned from watching soccer with mom), which is of course completely useless to him, because he does none of it. And for this I paid $125? Sometimes kids sports seem like such a waste, but then, how will he ever learn and become a professional, and buy me a house in London? Guess we'd better stick with it.
Why do I even bother going to Walmart? I avoid it as much as possible, but because I need the cheapest baby food prices, I broke down and went there the other day. I got a normal cart (Hallelujah!), got my babyfood and miscellaneous other items and went to check out. Traditionally, this is where the true problems lie. The cashier closes the line (I'm 3rd in line) after I stand there for 10 minutes while she chats away with the lady she's helping. She tells the lady in front of me "You're the last one, I'm off at 5, " doesn't acknowledge anyone else in the line, and just walks back. Seriously. The guy behind me cursed. I felt like it. What is wrong with this store? I am glad they hire the aged and the handicapped, but I'm starting to think it is a prerequisite that you must be handicapped by your lack of social skills and unable to complete customer service related basics in order to work there. UGH!

you are so funny. seriously. hilarious. Matthew sounds just as funny. And yes, Target is so much better for millions of reasons. cleanliness and quality of all around people are my top 2.
I'm with you on Walmart. I only go once I have to. Target is my top pick too. I seriously go there a couple times a week. Love the clearance stuff! =)
Funny! I love reading your entries. Living where we live there are no stores and of course a Walmart is being built and I hate that place, but I will go because that is all there will be. Have a great week!
Robb and I try to avoid Walmart at all costs as well, we just feel like we sell out when we have to go there.
